What is Roasted Garlic Flavour Nutritional Yeast?
It is inactivated dry yeast saccharomyces cerevisiae in the form of golden flakes with natural garlic flavour. The garlic flavour combined with nutritional yeast’s umami taste gives a wonderfu taste explosion to any dish.
How to use it?
Just sprinkle it on food to add flavour. As you would use parmesan for example. We love it on ramen or salads, but soups, pasta, popcorn or even porrage taste better with it.

Roasted Garlic Flavour Nutritional Yeast is a source of fibre and B-vitamins. It is rich in folic acid and high in protein.
