What are Umami Crunch Puffs?

They are made of nutritional yeast which is inactivated saccharomyces cerevisae strand. Inactivation  means that due to heat this yeast does not grow anymore. Yeast is then extruded with some rice flour into delicios crunchy puffs full of umami flavour and B-vitamins inherently available in yeast.

How to use it?

These crunchy delicious puffs can be consumed straight from the package or added to different dishes for flavour, nutrients and texture.

Nutritional and health claims

Umami Crunch Puffs are high in fibre and protein, as well as rich in folic acid and vitamin B1, it is also a source of other B vitamins.
