What is Any other frikadelle?
Any other frikadelles are soya and gluten free balls that feel like meat and taste like the real thing but are 100% plant based. So, they are frikadelles like any other.
According to research we eat too much meat. So, we made frikadelles that are as good as any other meatball but at the same time fully plant-based, to keep meat consumption low and at the same time save the environment. Because the Co2 footprint of Any other frikadelle is 10 times smaller than that of meat balls.
How to use the frikadelles?
Any other frikadelles are ready to use. Just toss them on frying pan or in the oven until nicely crispy brown or add them to tomato sauce or soups. We recommend not to boil frikadelles for long but to add them to hot broth at the end of cooking.
For frikadelle soup you need:
– 2 carrots, sliced
– 3 potatoes, cut into small chunks
– 2 litres of vegan broth
– a pack of Bon Vegan Any other frikadelle
– some oil for frying vegetables
Fry carrots and potatoes in pot for some minutes. Then add vegan broth and boil until vegetables are soft. Finally add Any other frikadelle
Any other frikadelle is high in plant-based protein and low in saturated fat. It is free from soya and also gluten free.
