What is minced soya?
Minced soya is made from texturized soya protein resembling meat texture. It is full of protein and nicely seasoned with a hint of tomato sauce and spices to resemble meat Bolognese taste.
How to use minced soya?
Minced soya is ready to use, just need to heat it up and use in various dishes to replace minced meat. It is ideal for vegan lasagne, but we also like to use it in burritos and tacos or to add to casseroles and of course in vegan Bolognese sauce.
Minced soya is high in plant-based protein and low in saturated fat.
