Chickpea omelette with nutritional yeast

Preparation time

10 minutes for mixing
15 minutes cooking


-50g chickpea flour
-Bon nutritional yeast
-50 ml water or plant-based milk
-40g of chopped spinach
-60g (frozen) green peas
-Salt-pepper to taste


Preheat pan

How to prepare

– Mix ingredients to make a thick smooth batter and pour it on heated pan (add a bit of oil for frying as well)
– fry on both sides
– add salad leaves and Bon mini sausages as filling for a hearthy meal
