You need:
A pack of Bon Soya grill cutlets
1 l water
15 g agar
1 carrot
1 onion
2 cloves garlic
1 vegan broth cube
1 tsp salt
2 bay leaves
Some spice, garlicpowder, nutritional yeast and dill
1. Put sliced carrots, onion and garlic to boiling water. Add bay leaves, salt and spice. Boil until carrot is soft
2. Add chopped cutlets, agar, broth cube, garlic powder and nutritional yeast. Boil some minutes until broth cube is completely dissolved
3. Remove bay leaves and pour sült into molds, let it cool
In case you want to change the taste or the texture of sült, you can re-boil it and add water/seasoning
